Recommendations for compliance with the temperature regime of the working surface:

• ABS: 105-115 °c

• Hips: 110-115 °c

• SBS: 110-115 °c

• PLA: 45-55 °c

• PVA: 40-50 °c

• Flex: 100-110 °c

Method of application: before printing, apply the glue solution to the cloth and wipe it with the surface of the table heated platform. For easy removal of the product from the table, after printing, wait for cooling the working surface up to 30 °c.

Ingredients: isopropyl alcohol, P-complex, water, flavoring.

Glue was created specifically for work in children's educational institutions. Its advantages over other thermal adhesive mixtures:

1. Водорастворимость. P-complex is collected on a water-soluble basis, which allows you to make flushing of glue from the surface of the table with ordinary water.

2. Hypoallergenic. In the composition of the glue there are no allergic substances, and the concentration of evaporated Isopropyl alcohol is much lower than in conventional hair varnishes.

3. Easy to use. Now you do not need to remove the table from the platform every time. To apply the glue, it is enough to moisten the cloth and wipe the surface of the table. The thickness of the formed thermal adhesive layer is 2-5 microns.

4. Cost effective. In most means, the filler is propane-butane fraction, which is used to create excess pressure when spraying. This fraction takes up to 20% cylinder volume. In addition, more than 15% expensive solution is lost in spraying. The3d glue does not contain data of the flammable components, and when applied to the fabric, almost 100% use is achieved.

5. No smell. After evaporation of isopropyl alcohol remains a light smell of branded flavoring.
