Materials Used inside the bag

External Fabrics

Prodel Pizza bags are made from high quality raw materials and are designed to comply with food hygiene and quality control of the most demanding franchises worldwide. the external fabrics are Polyester PVC FREE and can be manufactured in red, black or navy blue. for bigger orders the color could be customized according to specific pantone colors.

Internal Fabrics

The internal fabrics are made from 100% nylon PVC free fabrics, these are food grade fabrics manuafactured specifically for food transportation and delivery purposes.

Insulation

The thermal insulation inside of the bag is achieved by 1 cm of open cell foam, that insulates and keeps the pizza hot.

Closing System

The design of the closure allows the bag to be ventialted allowing the vapors to escape and thus the pizza will remain hot but not soggy, this is critical if the pizza is thin crust.

The closing system is velcro (shlik shalk) it is easy to use and to maintain.

Care and Maintenance

this pizza bag could be machine washed at low tempratures. the bags should be washed with non damaging solvents, do not scrub on the artwork execssively. routine cleaning is best, keep bag open when not in use
