Refund or exchange will be accepted upon the following situation:

 

1. Please immediately check the dress carefully after get it.Please contact us before return, all items must be returned or changed within 14 days.

 

2. Worn, perfume or altered garments, we will not refund.

 

3. Custom measurement and color, if you find your dress have these problems, you can send it back and we will remake for you. But no refund and the shipping fee should be paid by buyer.

 

4. Since the dress is made as your demand with the size & color you provided, if you find the size is not right, please check again, or you?d better ask a local dressmaker for a professional measurement. Certainly we will remake the dress for you, if it\"s our responsibility. Or we can help you to fix it, but you need pay the repair charge .

 

5.Please note that our items are hand-made, and they cannot be 100% exactly like the items in the photos. Just like hand-painted pictures, painting the same image twice can never be exactly the same.
