Measuring Guide

If you want to change the size you left, please contact us within 24 hours after you placing your order. Otherwise, we can't change the size once we begin to make it.

1. As an honest seller, we guarantee the dress will be 90%-95% same as picture showed. If you want 100% same, please forgive, there aren't two exactly same clothes in the world. We can not guarantee, so please do not place the order if you still insist 100% similarity. Thanks for your undertstanding.

2. The dresses doesn't include any accessories such as veils, sashes, gloves and petticoats. If you want accessories, please contact us!

3. Dress can be custom-made in size, color and design. We strongly suggest you to measure your sizes before buying a gown. 

4.  We suggest you choose lace up which is better to adjust the sizes to the one you fitting well.

5. The whole custom made process (from the date we receive your payment and measurements) will take 10-15 working days (Urgent orders except).

1.  The product hasn't been returned within 7 days.

2. Custom Made according to your Specifications.

3. Worn, Perfumed, Altered or Without the original Brand and Label.

As we will confirm the sizes with you before making. If there isn't any size issues, it will be buyers' responsibility to pay for the return or exchange postage.
