B. When will you send the goods?

S: We will send the goods within 5 days after we receiving the money you paid.

B. What is the shipping ways?

S: We usually send the fabric via DHL,FEDEX,TNT etc,if you need us to send it via other way,please contact our staff first.

B. Why your store charge the shipping fee ?

S.Firstly,the shipping fee you paid is not for us ,we need to pay it for DHL.Beside,we set the shipping fee according to DHL offical webesite.For example ,if you buy the fabric which own 1.5 KGS,its shipping cost will be 16.11 USD,so if you buy 2 pieces of this 1.5 KGS fabric together ,its shipping fee will only 24.95 USD.This is the DHL offical website standard.

Before buying,you need to know about the following information

1. About the custom tax

Some countries will charge the importing tax in custom.Especialy in Europe,if the custom tax is requested,buyers need to pay for the tax by themselves ,seller without any responsibility for of the tax that buyer paid.

2. About the return policy

If you ordered the wrong item or you don't like the product,returns are allowable,but buyer need to pay the returning shipping fee,beside we can refund the product amount without shipping fee ,if you return it back.

3. About the color difference 

All items are taken in kind,but sometimes ,because of the lights or shooting angle,and personal understanding of color,it will result in color difference promblem,this problem doesn't not belong to quality problems.
