1.Q:Why the usb flash drive could not recognize in my phone or my PC？

A:Although we had been tested our product before shipping,but due to the long time shipping the usb maybe damage during the shipping. 

If you have such problem,please feel free to contact us and we could responsible for this.(And please contact us first before open dispute or leave feedback.)

 

2.Q:If the product is not working,what can i do？

A:Please contact us and we could provide few suggestions for you to solve it or send a software to fix it. 

And don't format it first,cause not all the usb could be format by the computer.

 

3.Q:Capacity different cause:

16G is about 14.4G-15G ; 32G is about 28.8G-30G; 64G is about 58G-59G; 128G is about 119G-125G.   This is calculation difference between manufacturer and your PC, please serach for Google 'Memory card capacity' to get more information.
