Return/Refund:

We never accept no reason refund. Refund condition as below: 

A. Products are damaged when buyer first open the boxes, Take a photograph show to seller within 3days, we will refund the value    once get the real proof from buyer(within 3days since get buyers proof) B. Quantity is shortage. Just show us the video since you first open the box, show us the quantity you count. We will refund the     claim value right away.  (within 3days since get buyer's proof). C. If buyer get the wrong item, please show us the picture as evidence. After we agree on the claim, please return back to us    within 30days. we will resend the correct items after get returned items. Also we will take care of the replacement shipping cost.     

NOTE: All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific            reason for the return, and your order number.We will refund full winning bid amount, upon receipt of the item in its original            condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, after both Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction            from Ali express. or, you may choose to have a replacement.
