Operating steps of Middle frame separation

1. Turn on the switch of heated plate thermostat on the left,then setting the temperature to 80℃.

2. Use a sealed bag, Put 530 cleaner spray into the assembly Let the 530 cleaner spray soak assembly every placeSealing for 5 minutes,in order to dissolve the glue between frame and screen.

3. Heating on the heated plate about 20 seconds,turn on the corresponding mould switch,press the assembly on the suction mould.After being sucked, separating the middle frame slowly by hand.

Operating steps of screen separation

1.Turn on the switch of heated plate thermostat on the left,setting the temperature to 80℃.

2.Haul back the lower plate,lock the screw tightly(skid resistance).Put the sillica gel on the heated plate holes to holes,then put the screen.

3.Turn on the suction switch,the screen would be sucked tightly,When the screen reaches a appropriate temperature,begin to separate by the steel wire,screen separation is done.

 

Operating steps of glue remove

1.Loose the three screws of the blade groove,Put in the blade and screw it.

2.Turn on the thermostat switch on the right side,Setting the temperature to 180℃.

3.Put the sillca gel on the heated plate,after the temperature reached,put into the screen with the  flex cable inby.

4.Push the screen,the height of the blade and screen should be the same,then push the screen to remove the glue.

 

Operating steps of frame press

1.Turn on the thermostat switch on the right mould,setting the temperature to 180℃.

2.Choose a lower mould need to press,put the lower mould into the plate(The groove of mould should be downwards),push the lower mould ,align at the upper mould.Then fix the screws behind the lower mould

3.After installing the frame of screen,put it into the lower mould with the right direction,then put the lower mould into the plate with the right position,Push the lower mould ,press the upper mould for 6-10 seconds.Take out of the frame,frame press is finished.

4.When you press the iphone6/6s(4.7),it needs to install the iphone6(4.7) upper mould,While installing the upper mould,the home key should be downwards to buckle the upper mould,It can be used after fixing the two screws of front and back.

*Be careful of your hand.The temperature of the heated plate and upper mould are high

*Take off the blade while you needn't remove the glue,to prevent from hurting in other operations.
