1. Our cancellations Policy

  -Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

  -Orders canceled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

  -Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.

  -Once your order has been shipped,it can no longer be cancelled.

  -if the dress havent the quality and size problem,you cant cancel the order only because the dress doesnt fit you.hoping you can understand us,the dress is custom made.we cant sale to other people.

 

 2.Returning for Replacement or Refund

  

We realize that it is difficult to purchase a wedding dress over the Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. So please read the return policy below carefully. We refuse return the items without any quality problems   (1) You must contact us within 3 days (72 hours) from the reception of your dress(es). Please state the problem of the received goods and the reason for the return. (2) Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear, or odors. (3) Return shipping charges will be the buyer's responsibility.it is buyer's responsibility to pay for the shipping fee of sending back and exchange (4) Just quality problems or size mistake, we accept returning.
