3. Please do remember checking package when you sign package, pleased to sign package if you found any damage. we bought insurance for each package and we can ask for compensation. So pls kindly take photos and keep evidence. We suggest you do installtion in your local workshop, this is professional skill and carefulness need.

4. Please make sure your car model and the item you need, we will send the item what you want. If need to return good because of wrong purchase, buyer should pay for the shipping cost and make sure the package is good! Thanks!

5. Most of price is free shipping by EMS, please kindly understand if remote country and address cause not enough shipping cost, we will contact you to add shipping cost. Thanks!

 

Return Policy:
· After you received the package, please email us within 3 days if you are not satisfied or there are damages in transport. But you must give us the photos of them to prove it. If any damages or losses happened during transportation, you need to submit claims or compensation to EMS ( or other express) for settlement.Kindly understand we are not responsible for the safety of the product after it is handed over to EMS ( or other express) .
· If you want to return the items, please keep them in same condition as it was sent. We will refund you after we received it, but the refund amount will not include the shipping cost.
· Please allow up to 5 Working Days for us to process your returned items.
