please make sure your remote / system  can be used before buying .

As a general guide, if the remote you currently use is one of the remotes pictured in the ad then this remote will be compatible with your motor.

   The Difference Between Ditec GOL4 and GOL4C   As you may already noticed, Ditec has two remote models very similar to each other, both model name and the look.   Yes they are DITEC GOL4 and GOL4C, but don’t mess one model with the other, since they’re not compatible.   Ditec GOL4 is a rolling code remote, which has white LED cover color, while GOL4C is a fixed code remote, which has a red LED cover color.   In official manual, GOL4 can only be programmed directly into receiver, since it is a rolling code remote, so can’t be duplicated.   But GOL4C’s recommended programming method is by duplicating exisiting remote that is already programmed.   In short, please always remember to check the model by LED cover color before ordering

Ditec remote coding instruction

      USING AN EXISTING CODED REMOTE Be within 3 Meters of your gates or door Take a remote that has ALREADY been coded to the gate Test to make sure it is working. Locate the secret switch position On the older remotes this is indicated by a small hole next to the DITEC name On newer remotes the hole is located in the centre of the buttons Using a pin or paperclip push the secret switch for 5 seconds until the red light on the remote lights Within 10 Seconds –press the button on the NEW REMOTE you want to operate the gate or door ONCE ONLY. Wait for 10 seconds for receiver to reset & test CODING DIRECT TO RECEIVER Open the control box & locate the receiver - Ensure that jumper JR6 on the receiver board is on Press the black PRG button for 5 seconds - Press the button on the new remote you wish to activate the device for 1 second Wait for 10 seconds for receiver to reset & test If coding fails This could be because the receiver MEMORY is full DELETE all remotes & start again DELETING CODES GATE Press the little black program button (inside MOTOR BOX) until seeing the red light flashing slowly and release. Press the button again until you see the light flashing really fast - release Wait for 10 seconds for receiver to reset & test GARAGE Repeat for the garage door if fitted The program button for garage should be in a ADD-ON receiver

Returns

In case of a refund all items must be returned undamaged, in a re-sellable condition.

For DOA (Defective On Arrival) items, which will be replaced or refunded, please inform us within 24 hours of arrival, please also keep all of the components and original packaging as further checking might be required.

Faulty items must be returned for repair or exchange.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs of returning an item for a refund or exchange.
