Q: Can this radio player make phone call? A: No. But when you connect your phone and the car player by blue tooth, you can do hand-free call and synchronize the phonebook. Q: Do you have US map in the player? A: Yes. We will install related maps as customer required. But regular upgrade service is not provided. Q: Can my factory default reverse camera work well with your unit? A: No. Our unit supports aftermarket reverse camera only. You can buy it from our store. Q: What is delivery time? A: All orders will be sent within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment (except weekend and festival).

● Friendly Tips

1)Joyforwa head unit can't support below items: iPod, original car GPS antenna, original car back up rear camera, original car bluetooth, original car USB as well as original car Microphone. 2) This model doesn't support video output. 3)Please don't upgrade ROM from Malaysk on forum xda-developers or upgrade it with other firmwares, which are from by Joyforwa Official. Or it will lead to some problems for your radio player.Even worse, the radio player will be damaged and can't be used anymore. Besides, your radio player can't be upgraded with our future firmware anymore. Warranty is not provided for such issues. 4) If your car has factory amplifier like Bose or JBL sound system, there is no sound after installation. You need to buy a harness adapter to decode your car factory sound system. After that, high-quality sound is back. 5)Joyforwa unit comes with SPDIF digital audio output. For ultimate sound quality, you can connect external amplifier / DSP to the SPDIF digital output directly; If your external amplifier / DSP doesn't come with SPDIF input, you need to connect the amplifier / DSP via FL/FR out & RL/RR out.

● About Shipping

1)If there is import customs duty fee, buyers need to pay for it. 2) For DHL, there is a remote area fee for some remote areas in some city. If you choose DHL, you need to pay extra 30usd if you need the product shipped to remote areas. 3)All orders will be shipped out within 2-3 working days after the receipt of payment (except weekends and festivals).

● Warranty and Return
