Extruded Acrylic rods are available from Delvie's Plastics in standard 1000mm lengths. (2000mm lengths are also available) These economical acrylic rods are excellent for use in POP Displays and other decorative uses. They are normally supplied in a paper sleeve to protect during handling.

In larger diameter rods (3mm dia. and above) these high-quality extruded rods are commonly used as grab bars in showers, tubs and spas. Acrylic is moisture resistant, non-toxic and meets standard building codes for use in these applications. It is UV stabilized and it will not warp, crack, craze, or corrode when subjected to prolonged exposure outdoors. It has a forming temp of 350° F. and a maximum continuous temp of 180°F.

If we have inventory you can buy any quantity and can cut any size, but according to different quantity the price will be different,and the inventory product is  2 meter, if you need to cut 2 pcs of 1 meter,every cutting there will be a loss of about 5 mm, so the length is only about 997 mm,not 1000mm.

3. If we no inventory, you can be customized, and can be customized any size and color, however, transparent tube 100 kg minimum, color tube 200 kg minimum, depending on the quantity,the time of delivery is different also.   4.
