Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses are personally tailored for you from scratch.

HOW TO MEASURE

The below is just a guide. We recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size. Always get someone else to make the measurements for you: measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment. Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress; do not measure over other clothing.

1. Items will be shipped via China EMS, or DHL express,or TNT express.

2. We strive our best to provide you the most reliable, affordable way of shipping service. But sometimes international delivery is highly depended on the courier company and local customs/duties. 3. We are unable to take any responsibility for any custom delay or tax. Reason is because transit time is highly depended and provided by Postal Service (except weekends and holidays).

1. Is the price on your website real price, why it is much cheaper than market price?

We manage our business with lower overhead than a retail store or a company. We needn't employ many different departments, and needn't pay the much fees for advertising, renting a store, asking other team for alteration etc.We are the largest professional wedding factory in our city, and our clients can order dress from our factory directly. Since we do not have to accommodate for these costs, we can pass the savings onto our customers.

2. Does the price show on your website including postage?

It's free to ship to most countries, please choice your country and shipping method, some countries need to pay for the postage difference because of our small profit margins, hope can understand us.

3.What is the delivery time for orders?

Usually it will take us about 2-3 weeks for making wedding dress, 1-2 weeks for making eveining dress/cocktail dress, and the shipping time will be 3-7 business days.

4.Can i choose rush order service?

7-day rush order, which means 7 days time to finish, and shipping time 2-5 days, extra fee is $50.

5.What is the return policy?

1. Return is accepted within 7 days after the buyer's receiving the item. And item must be still in brand new and unworn condition, no stains to perfume.

2. If this item is defective upon receipt, customer has up to 7 days from date of receipt for exchange of a new one.

3. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a prompt exchange or we will refund your payment.

4. We must receive the item within 15 days after we give our return address.

5. Include your name, address, item, daytime telephone, how you paid, and if you are requesting a refund or exchange.

6. After getting the returned item, we will refund the customer at the item's price ( excluding the shipping costs to and from ).

7. For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be charged. For returns, A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
